Mr. Dhruv Patel has completed their Master of Engineering in Mechanical and Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights (PGD-IPR). He is currently working as an Incubation Manager – MSME at the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India. He has a total of 6 years of professional experience in the core Incubation field.

Mr. Dhruv Patel has filed 7 design applications at India Patent Office in their name and all 7 applications were granted by the Patent Office with a 100% filing-to-grant ratio. Dhruv has also published 3 research papers in the field of 3D Printing and active review member in two research journals. Mr. Dhruv Patel is also recognized with an award and certificate by GTU for his excellent contribution to IPR in the Gold Category. He got 1st rank in the IP Quiz and 3rd rank in IP Blog writing as a part of the World IP Day event organized by ISERD.

Shubham Bhatkande is a highly motivated and results-oriented professional passionate about entrepreneurship. With a proven ability to wear multiple hats and thrive in fast-paced environments, he fosters a growth mindset while streamlining processes and driving results through data-driven insights. He has diverse knowledge in the field of sales and marketing. As a Digital Marketing Manager, he spearheaded digital marketing initiatives and managed website SEO & operations. In his multifaceted role, he had overseen proposal writing, tender liaisoning, and stakeholder coordination, showcasing his strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Shubham has successfully managed the organization and execution of Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) programs on startups and incubation and coordinated Agrientrepreneurship and faculty development programs in entrepreneurship. He has represented CrAdLE at Startup Conclave 2024 and Vibrant Gujarat 2024. He had his startup TheDesignCo, where he used to give branding and marketing end-to-end solutions.
Shubham has mentored startups who need mentoring in marketing and branding-related activities. Overall, he brings diverse experience in entrepreneurship, marketing, management, and strategic planning.
